Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product. An order is accepted when payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, an error has occurred in the product listing or pricing, payment cannot be processed, or there is another reasonable basis for doing so. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the payment will be refunded.

Delivery
Products will be packaged appropriately for delivery.

Returns and Refunds
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us promptly by email so that we can assess the issue and discuss an appropriate remedy.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Products that are agreed to be returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and returned with any original tags and packaging.
Products must not be returned without contacting us first.
